Free shipping in Austria for orders over €50.
We ship within 2-3 business days with DPD Classic within Austria and to Germany.
Additionally, we ship to the following countries (shipping times vary depending on the destination country):
EU Zone 1: Belgium • Czech Republic • Hungary • Luxembourg • Netherlands • Poland • Slovakia • Slovenia
EU Zone 2: Denmark • France • Italy

We ship as quickly as possible! Once a package leaves our shop, you will receive a shipping notification via email or, if selected, via SMS. This will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If your order does not arrive within a maximum of five business days (Austria) or 14 business days (international), please contact us at info@wohnkram.at.
Please note that no shipping or delivery is possible on weekends or public holidays.
We place great importance on our environment, which is why we may use previously used shipping materials. The items are, of course, new and will arrive packaged, provided there is original packaging available.

Delivery of Freight Goods
If you are interested in restored furniture, these can be viewed, purchased, and picked up on-site.

In-Store Pickup
Want to save on shipping costs and pick up your order directly at our store? No problem!
Select your items as usual in the shop and proceed to checkout. Pay using your chosen payment method and select "Pickup in Store" for shipping. No shipping costs will be charged. We will process your order and notify you via email and/or SMS when your purchase is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email to verify your purchase.
